Salisbury Steak Sandwiches

 
It's no secret around Blue Hill that Asa Roth's grandmother can work wonders in the kitchen. Rachel Roth has been creating family meals her entire life and is well known for putting a new twist on a traditional recipe. Her grandsons love her Salisbury Steak Sandwiches and I do too. She's been kind enough to share her recipe with us today.

Grandma Roth's Salisbury Steak Sandwiches

ground beef cooked in long patties
beef gravy
mashed potatoes
brat buns
black pepper

Toast brat buns. Spread a layer of mashed potatoes on each bun. Place a beef patty on each bun. Top with gravy. Add pepper to taste. Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy.
